Sometimes he's rapping like Kendrick,then he's making ratchet music,then he's doing melody like Fetty Wap. Don't get me wrong its good he's diverse,but in the music industry its probably best to start out in one lane and diverse after you build a solid core fanbase. He got hot from "Every Diss" but doesn't really do that much music like that,so probably lost some fans. I found him. Songs like "The Intro" and "Kelseys Dream" where he is really lyrical is what really got me interested. So I think B WIlls problem goes back to the saying "When you try to please everybody,you please nobody. I don't think he's trying to please everybody,but his diversity is only going to please people who like ratchet ass music,and like rappers who sing,and like rappers who are super lyrical. Not many fans want to hear that from one rapper. We listen to different rappers for different reasons. Hopefully he picks a lane in 2019 and kills it. For me the lyrical or ratchett music is where its at.
