    Sindhi Murbo - Aam Ka Murabba

    Preparation Time - 3 hours
    Cooking Time - 45 Minutes
    Serves - approx 500 gms murabba
    .
    INGREDIENTS
    Raw Mango - 500 gms
    Sugar - 250 gms
    Water - 1 Cup
    Salt to taste
    Lemon Juice - 1 Lemon
    Green Cardamom - 5
    Black Peppercorns - 15
    Bay Leaf - 2
    Clove - 4
    Jeera - 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon Stick - 1
    Kesar - few strands
    Red Chilli - 1 tbsp

    Steps
    ➡️ Wash, peel and cut raw mango. Add some salt and cover & keep for 3 hours.
    ➡️ Bring sugar & water to a boil and add lemon juice and all the whole spices one by one except salt and red chilli. Also add kesar.
    ➡️ When the mixture comes to a boil, add mango peices ( drain the water before adding)
    ➡️ boil on high flame for 10 minutes.
    ➡️ Add salt & red chilli and cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
    ➡️ Store in glass jar.
