After the gas production is done how will we remove the black bio char that will be leftover inside the digester tanks? Do we need to stop production while removing the char? @bakloengineer ?

First we need to analysis of the napyier grass what the lignin percent in there, 24%lignin was found mention in research article, then treatment of the is required for removal of lignin because of lignin is a polymeric compound. Polymeric compound will not easily decompose. After the pretreatment collect the dry sample @cellulose and hemicellulose.
Now you tell me what types to use for the digestion of the pretread grass ..... tow root to produce biogas 1. Solid waste digestion and another one fermentation of materials to use as sugar slurry .
