Can't go wrong with a '57 Chevy. Also got my weekend cruiser up and running. Nine long years since I tooled around in her.
I hear ya man. That would be the Bluesmobile?
@@olezippi yes indeed. Really missed driving her.
Man the Torch red should be awesome on that Zippi. Cool update, Ron
Thank's Ron. I hoping it turns out ok.
57' Chevy, can't wait! Torch Red is the color of my 1:1 02' Corvette. That's going to be beautiful! Now I know where to get the paint I need for my replica. 😉😎👍
Thank's man. Yeah, that Torch Red should look pretty good.
Engine looks awesome Bob, I spray Splash at 18 when the trigger is pulled, light coats, 😎🇺🇸
Thanks Tom. I'll give that a try during my spoon test.
🤓👍
Thanks man.
Ruby looks shiny what’s the cleaner stuff you use on ruby like what’s the good stuff you recommend
I use all Meguiar's products Mason. Liquid wax and their Detailer.
Awesome truck 😎👍
Thanks 👍
Thanks 👍
Damn cool engine!!! Can't wait!!
Thanks Brotha.
Engine is a beauty, that red is gonna look good, looking forward to your completion!
Thanks man. I have high hopes for this paint.
Looking forward to the finished product! BTW that red Ford pickup on black rims looks pretty neat ; )
Thank's man. That's the Edelbrock Equipprd steel truck from HL.
The engine looks awesome buddy....can't wait for the next update.
Thanks Buddy. Looks like your having fun out there on the dunes.
Looking good so far
Thanks Michael.
Looking forward to seeing this come thru!! I'd probably shoot a small piece of plastic with the base then test the clear just to be safe
Thanks man. Yup, going to do some spoon test.
57 Bel Air is gonna be a great project. You are correct those kit wheels look out of place on a Tri 5 Chevy. Those wheels look like they are from a C4 Corvette. Best wishes from Nova Scotia....
Thank's man. Yeah, those wheels & tires just don't seem to fit this build.
Great looking engine. I've heard this is a great kit....good luck with the paint.
Thanks man. It is a pretty nice kit. Just got the Splash Paint on this morning.
@@olezippi right on ✌️
Hey Zippi! Looking forward to seeing this built!! Can you tell me the amt kit # on the box please? I cant find it anywhere with that cover...thanks!
Thanks for coming by man. The kit number is 8319.

Will be watching nice looking engine. Can't go wrong with a red 57
Thanks Phil. Yes Sir, the red should fit the ticket.
Really cool. I look forward to the sequel.
Much obliged Daniel. I'm testing new paint today for this build.
That's gonna be a beautiful 57, Zippi!
I'm hoping so Will. Thanks for dropping in.
That kit should come with spark plug wires and some bare metal foil, but it's probably little on the side
I believe it did Brian. Thank's for watching.
That's the idea behind my Chevelle wagon. No one expects to have their doors blown off by a wagon. No hole in the hood, but I did find a cowl induction 66 Chevelle hood. Should be cool!
Thanks for coming by. I hear ya JD. Nice little sleeper.
Sweet lookn build love the color
Thanks Ruane. I'm hoping it turns out like the bottle.
Thats gonna be a cool build! Thanks for sharing.
You bet Alan. Thank's for swinging by to watch.
You might even need some gold-toned foil for a few places.
Thank's man. Yup, I need to see if I can track some down.
That engine is looking sweet.
Thanks Mars.
Thats gonna look sharp, brother ✌️😁
I hope so man. Thank's for coming by.
Yep, that primer is really good.
It works for me so, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
it's going to look slick can't wait to see the finally on this I love tri 5's
Much obliged Buddy.
Looking good!!
Much obliged man.
