How? Request for cogs. No forms to be downloaded. Provide the council NMBI's New email address the g3reg@nmbi.ie. Tell them to email NMBI directly as to why they will not hand your documents to you. They should contact nmbi.
Hi Gale, I have submitted my application for recognition. I am just wondering if the application process really is 90 days? I was told by an NMBI phone representative that it can take alot longer like a year. I submitted my application in march and so far my status says further information received and got an email from the nmbi 3 times saying what was missing or needs to be corrected.

Gale DC just a question with the "proof of professional experience" There was a form that needs to be downloaded named as "previous experience form to be sent to employer." My questions are: can my present employer fill this up? Or Does it necessarily have to be your "Previous employer"? I am tied between doing the proof of professional exp or just ticking the box of no proof, and have my educational institution do the verification for the qualification instead. However, the latter is quite a hassle since I'm working overseas. TIA for your reply.
You need proof for profession Al exp for atleast 12months for the past 5 yrs. Your educational institution/University will not be of help in any way. You need an employer to prove that you actually practiced your profession 😊

If awaiting ka nlng nga DL, wait for it. You can check your email because NMBI has sent new usernames and password to those who has account from the old system.
Hi maam may I ask what is the transcript of training and the programme syllabus that is referring for my head of nursing to give to the applicant as indicated to the qualification form for the head of nursing to give? It says also that the document, course syllabus(programme) and transcript of training should be given by the university. Some would ask for all of your exp. You need proof of exp from your most recent employers. Atleast a 12-month exp.... Leave the OTHER RELEVANT TRAINING kasi diba along with is is the compensation measures required

Hi po. Reg with the same date signed of Quali Form and TOR, I initially had it differently. Jan 6 in Quali and I think it was Jan 14 for the TOR. Is it okay to just redo the Qualification Form and make it signed at the same day like the TOR which was dated at the mentioned date above so I wouldn't have to request for another TOR?. Thank you po

Leave the drafts. You don't have to save everything page. WHAT I will advice you is to prepare all your documents before you upload everything. This will make your application easier.

Your offer in Ireland will be depending on your employer. NMBI will not decide on that. However, it is usually based on your yrs of experience. Mas malaki pag mahaba yung exp mo.
In MyNMBI inside my application its showing 'compensation measure required'. And there is an option to select adaptation/ aptitude test. But havnt got DL by mail. How long it will take to get DL by mail? Its been two week. Anyone having same condition or else anyone got DL? How long it took to get DL in mail after the status showing ' compensation measure required' in my application.?
This means you have your DL. Check yo7r spam or ring/email NMBI. Inform them that you haven't received your DLvia post. With covid, if it is via courier. It'll take a while to reach you. 😊

You can have a gap. That's okay. So long as you have atleast a 12-month long experience within the past 5 years. Most HSE hospitals will require you to have more than 150 bed capacity

Yes. You should. However, if you've declared your esp on your state, you need your COGS from your state too. Otherwise, just don't declare it. But you studied and got your license on your state right? 🤔

If you are refused, you can't go to Ireland. You have to check with NMBI why they refused your application.

COE can be a supporting document but not necessary.
Sa COGS po ba is ok lang yung temporary ang nakaindicate since still working pa po ako sa hospital namin at temporaryang naman mabibigay sa amin,is there a difference between active or temporary?how will it affect my nmbi application? Thnks

Ask ko lang po if kunyari po nag gather ako ng mga documents ko from february and til now waiting pa ako ng cogs ko sa previous country na pinagworkan ko,then gumawa ako ng account ko sa new nmbi portal nitong january 2021,tatanggapin parin po ba ng nmbi yung mga docs ko if kunyari mga May pa ako makapag upload ng mga docs ko? Hindi pa po ako nag upload ng mga docs ko sa nmbi portal dahil kulang pako ng cogs.

Therefore, I added all required documents as per their requirements. My status is "further information received " since Sep.8.l mailed them twice;but they didn't reply. Then I called them thrice; they told me that they can 't location my application & they will call me back within 3days.But, didn't call me.Do u have any suggestions to improve application 's process

You will have either adaptation or aptitude test pag may employer kna. Pero if you are here in Ireland as a dependent then nag nurse ka ibnag case yun.

Gale DC just a question with the "proof of professional experience"
There was a form that needs to be downloaded named as "previous experience form to be sent to employer." My questions are: can my present employer fill this up? Or Does it necessarily have to be your "Previous employer"?
I am tied between doing the proof of professional exp or just ticking the box of no proof, and have my educational institution do the verification for the qualification instead. However, the latter is quite a hassle since I'm working overseas.

You need proof for profession Al exp for atleast 12months for the past 5 yrs. Your educational institution/University will not be of help in any way. You need an employer to prove that you actually practiced your profession 😊

Hi maam Gale, i am on the last phase of registration sa nmbi po when this new system started. Do i need to start po ba? Or ill just need to wait? For the DL? Ganito po kasi ang nangyari. Tapos ko na po na send Ang section 2 at for the section 1 i tried to send it a month before the expiration and it so happen na kakasend ko lng ng section 1 ng dumating to new system
If awaiting ka nlng nga DL, wait for it. You can check your email because NMBI has sent new usernames and password to those who has account from the old system.
Hi maam may I ask what is the transcript of training and the programme syllabus that is referring for my head of nursing to give to the applicant as indicated to the qualification form for the head of nursing to give? It says also that the document, course syllabus(programme) and transcript of training should be given by the university. So meaning should i indicated to my head of nursing to request for that course syllabus and transcript of training? I am quite confused, is this also known as the transcript of records and rle? TOR is different from the syllabus. Your syllabus will include all the subject that you had in college.

Some would ask for all of your exp. You need proof of exp from your most recent employers. Atleast a 12-month exp.... Leave the OTHER RELEVANT TRAINING kasi diba along with is is the compensation measures required

Hi po. Reg with the same date signed of Quali Form and TOR, I initially had it differently. Jan 6 in Quali and I think it was Jan 14 for the TOR. Is it okay to just redo the Qualification Form and make it signed at the same day like the TOR which was dated at the mentioned date above so I wouldn't have to request for another TOR?. Thank you po

Yes. But this time there's no pack. It is all online. You get the docs scan it then upload it.

Decision Letter is your ticket to Ireland. Registration is when you paid 145 which is after you take the exams here in Ireland.

About MyNMBI account, first stage pa lng po recognition of registration, every step i click save... Then upon checking sa My Applications ang dami po drafts na nka save.... Ahmm magiging problem po ba un? Hndi ko kasi madelete... Pano po kaya best gawin....

Leave the drafts. You don't have to save everything page. WHAT I will advice you is to prepare all your documents before you upload everything. This will make your application easier.

Do I have to message NMBI to remove my middle name in the forename section or do I have to leave it as is? Yes. They are parti ular with names. Please go to your personal details and request a name change. Also include a letter that explains why a change is necessary.

NMBI only needs atleast 12 months of exp within the past 5yrs. But you still need cogs from All jurisdiction. 😊

Your offer in Ireland will be depending on your employer. NMBI will not decide on that. However, it is usually based on your yrs of experience. Mas malaki pag mahaba yung exp mo.
In MyNMBI inside my application its showing 'compensation measure required'. And there is an option to select adaptation/ aptitude test. But havnt got DL by mail. How long it will take to get DL by mail? Its been two week. Anyone having same condition or else anyone got DL? How long it took to get DL in mail after the status showing ' compensation measure required' in my application.?
This means you have your DL. Check yo7r spam or ring/email NMBI. Inform them that you haven't received your DLvia post. With covid, if it is via courier. It'll take a while to reach you. 😊

You can have a gap. That's okay. So long as you have atleast a 12-month long experience within the past 5 years. Most HSE hospitals will require you to have more than 150 bed capacity

I have actually requested it in Singapore Nursing Board as I am in Singapore for 6 years now. However, SNB only issue the COGS directly to NMBI via their official email address. By any chance, do you know the NMBI official email address? So that, I can forward to SNB and by then they can email my COGS to NMBI. I am actually stuck with this.
By the way, I have a newly requested COGS from PRC but I don't know if they will recognize it? Will they? Even if I am currently working in Singapore?

Yes. You should. However, if you've declared your esp on your state, you need your COGS from your state too. Otherwise, just don't declare it. But you studied and got your license on your state right? 🤔
