For what?, the only release 8 maps every cod now? Like 😂... they gotta release every 2 years 12-16 maps on release.. no crossplay with pc hackers, 100% dead silence to get players moving & cod can be saved

This game got a lot of hate but I honestly had a lot of fun playing ghost... Such a great game!! campaign, multiplayer and extinction were all so good.
I loved the game too, but I mostly loved the character customization.

campaign had a lot of goofy moments but i was seriously looking forward to see where the story would go next. it's unfortunate that we may never know

I'm sure the stealth vibes hurt game play, but I LOVED the tactical, stealthy vibe of this game as a kid. Suppressors on everything, the gritty aesthetic of the maps. As far as immersion goes, this game understood the assignment.
Destructible things on the maps were my favorite part, especially the bus that hangs off the cliff, I’d always go to the bottom of it, chuck a flash bang, and see if I can make it out before it falls down

This is the game where I went from being a scared camper to a running gunning demon. I made it into the top 100 right before AW dropped. Hands down my favorite COD

Ghost was Idk 🤷♀️ but the dlc maps as Predator an m.Myers was fun the map where u make the aliens 👽 eat the other team was fire 🔥
Honestly loved infected on this game simply because I found a bunch of busted ass hiding spots.
@SirBroadcast I remember there would always be that one person who everyone followed to get into the glitch spots Lol. UA-cam had alot of hiding spots posted too
@@retrolex433 yeah I was one of those guys. One of the guys who would go into private match and jump to my death for an hour straight just to see if a spot was possible to get to.

I loved the Clan Wars companion app that this game had. The large maps made this COD really boring, but looking back on it its actually looking pretty good.

Man I used to GRIND this game with the homies back on the 360 days. Got 10th prestige did clan battles did quickscope and Michael Myers lobbies. This game was actually hella fun. Only thing that annoyed me were the OP DLC weapons the Maverick assault rifle and the Ripper submachine gun ran this game lol
I got all Gold weapons and 10th prestige. I loved Ghost despite people being negative about it.

@@kendricklamarfan21 maybe i remember seeing a video saying is Modern warfare and ghost connected bc in ghost they wear like skull mask and in mw there are few who also wear skull mask and some have 2 mask on and the other mask u can't see is a skull mask

@@farwolff The fact they were called Ghosts make me think the design and story had a massive inspiration from Simon Riley, and is not connected to the story. They knew what they were doing, but knew they couldn't have the worlds connected
Thank you so much! I loved this game so much. My friends and i used to run knife only custom games on strike zone and they would all get bent out of shape because i would use the tac knife. This was and still is one of my favorite cod games. I was also one of those LMG campers on stone haven. That m27 on hardcore was a one shot kill. That was a blast from the past man. Thanks again TKO.

After 9 years, now people wanna see a sequel to Ghost. I've been dreaming for Ghost 2 for years and I still hope with the new systems they have, they'll finally make Ghost 2 possible
I hated the IED's but that's why I had the ground jammer to destroy all ground based lethals which was ALWAYS helpful for my team I missed this game it was my favorite

Extinction mode was god tier.. Back when this came out my wifi was so shit that i would lag everytime i played multiplayer. Solo extinction was so fun

I made prestige master knifing in ghosts. Top weapon was a throwing knife because tac knife doesn’t register. Like 5k throw knife kills. And my gun game was like 1k stabs and 0 score, which further pissed people off. Especially my one strike zone game with 60 stabs. Awesome times
Little did we know this was the last cod game we will all love and enjoy.

WOW! Bright Maps, smooth mechanics, i can see people and the player count was amazing! Good knifing homie. Its comical how you can actually tell the exact moment COD messed up and went into the trash.
Gotta admit that the humiliation kill where you have to tea bag the body being recognized by the game is pretty funny 😂

I played this game when I was a kid with my brothers offline. We had no internet but this game never got old. It was one of like three cod games we played on Xbox I haven’t played on any console or game since those days
Ghosts was my second favorite COD ever.
BO2 was my fave.
I sucked at BO1, so I tend to rank it much lower than most people. I absolutely slapped on Ghosts, tho. And did so by running around, too. It really wasn't as bad as people made it out to seem. The hate for the launch maps was way overblown. There were like 15 launch maps, and only 3 were huge (Chasm, Stonehaven, Siege).
To date Ghosts still has the best perk system and DLC packs in franchise history.

This was one of my favorites! I loved infected mode too.
I remember going to my first year in high school, this came out with GTA V, i got my first job money out my saving jar and went to the night release, this was an experience i will never forget, we stood 5 hours in the rain infront of a tiny game store in the middle of amsterdam, my friends came with and we talked about playing 20hours as soon as we got it, we fell asleep as we got home but had so much fun!! This game was truly overhated and underrated everything was amazing... i even made a ghosts mask myself with a old skimask and some acrylic paint, that was my lil story, bye

Initially, I didn’t like the game, but 4 months later I fell in love with it and became a sweat! Ripper, vector and honey badger were my go to weapons. As well as Remington with deadeye perk

Man I hate the Multiplayer. Every match I played multiple people were Sitting in Corners with Infrared sights. But I LOVED the Alien objective type mode.

Fun fact: people only hated on ghosts because it was considered cool to do so. Ghost was a really fun game gameplay was amazing class creation was at its best, it stopped uav spam, good maps, great dlc, and amazing gunplay, every gun was viable, loved Stonehaven only atterol addicted kids hated Stonehaven.
The game felt slow. CoD is all about movement, fast paced maps and rush. This game failed to achieve that. Thats why people hated this game. Period.

I literally don't remember this game's campaign and I played this game all the way to resetting my stats and close to max prestige on extinction. Kind of sucks because I've heard from people that the story is actually well done. The most memorable character there is the dog and that's kinda sad.
That being said, the multiplayer was actually fun as hell. Maps with interactive terrain and a unique kill streak on each map, really well made DLC maps where they really went creative with the kill streaks. The whole perk system where you had a budget and each perk had a price of varying cost. Squads where the AI was actually menacing (we don't talk about the fish AI though). There are many things Ghosts did that is underappreciated.
Multiplayer wasn't always great I can see that. Probably the most garbage thing is those huge freaking maps at times. Stonehaven is fun for a while, until you realize everyone camps with a thermal sniper or LMG. Its no wonder people would rather play on Strikezone 24/7 (that is a mode, quite literally) or that they created Free Fall- an extremely close quarters map- to combat it. I mean its an interesting dynamic, but it couldn't satisfy everyone.
We can already see how huge maps, even for a fun mode like zombies, aren't great, like from the reactions to Transit in BO2 from the Cod Community (although I personally enjoyed it).
Also, anyone remember what Safeguard is from this game? Weird looking Survival if you ask me
Extinction only had one mode, which is fun for a while until it gets boring. Since its linear, repetitive gameplay compared to Zombies end-less rounds, it can't be that much fun after playing Point of Contact for the 10th time vs Kino der Toten or even bare bones Nacht der Untoten. When it came out, everyone was just like 'these some weird looking zombies.'

HE SHOULD DO CAMPAIGN PLAYTHROUGHS OF GAMES!!! As a longtime fan of Josh, I have identified the magic of his videos is in his commentary and gameplay. So I would like to see him play Spiderman Miles Morales, the most recent COD campaigns, hell even Hitman 3 would be good. I don't think it would hurt to put up a 3 part multi-hour per episode series of videos doing some campaigns!!!
