The Ray and Maria Stata Center or Building 32 is a 720,000-square-foot (67,000 m^2) academic complex designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Frank Gehry for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The building opened for initial occupancy on March 16, 2004. It sits on the site of MIT's former Building 20, which had housed the historic Radiation Laboratory, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The building's address is 32 Vassar Street. In contrast to the MIT custom of referring to buildings by their numbers rather than their official names, the complex is usually referred to as "Stata" or "the Stata Center".
Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a private land-grant research university in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Established in 1861, MIT has since played a key role in the development of modern technology and science and has been ranked among the top academic institutions in the world. The MIT School of Engineering has been dominating all rankings for decades.

Thanks for sharing Strata, it gave me vertigo when you navigate the different levels/stairs inside the building and outside looking in...hahaha. I have not visited Strata often when I was in MIT, not been to Eastside that much while in Intellia Thera... seems the area now has more buildings than before... again, it brings memories while watching your vids... entirely new perspective, new feel... Thanks, #StaySafe #StayHealthy
What were you doing at MIT Emil?
Very very nice👏👏👏
Thank you Soso 🙏
Nice 😍
Thank you Ojha!
This center once collapsed and it became a 315 million dollars disaster
I never heard of this story! When did this happen?
I’m surprised MIT isn’t an Ivy League University.
MIT is better than all Ivy League Universities, at least that's my opinion.
Anyone can access the building?
No, you need to have card access.
@@CampusMania how to get an card access??
@@rafaelshigemura You have to be either an MIT student or an MIT employee.
広いね。俺も通ってみたいよ。(*´ω`*)
Yes, it's a very big campus, this is just a small part of it. Good luck with your college applications and let me know if I can help with anything
Truly ghastly.
Glad you liked it!
