By Sherylturk : Dejavu is about going back in the past where your loved ones are. The video is a continuation of their other story line from their previous music videos. The progression is Overcome (Nu'est)>Love Paint (Nu'est)>Where you at (Nu'est W)>Dejavu. In Overcome they are knights protecting their Queen and she gets taken from them and later found either in a deep sleep (sorta like Sleeping Beauty) or frozen on a throne of ice. So the little girl is the Queen from Overcome. The goat represents the constellation for Capricorn which symbolizes reversing time or time travel. They also added elements from their past in the video. The compass is their symbol since debut and it's a 5-point compass; a point for each member. Right now one of their members is promoting with Wanna One until the end of the year; so you see a 4-point compass each member is a different direction on the compass. So the story is like a fairy tale that they have been doing a continuation of. The bathtub is from the MV Hello that went back on the charts after they participated in Produce 101 Season 2. Hello is from (2013) and it has been on the charts now for going on 2 years. So the video is symbolizing their journey. They are also missing their member so they are going back in time in this video to look for him. The colors are from Love Paint. The mirror and roof scene is from Where you at. If you look at those videos in that sequence you will be able to see the story line. Hope that helps.
