Get the hash marks, set a timer for 2 minutes then turn. 4 minutes each side and you’ll be good. If not go 2 minutes and 20

How thick of a steak are you grilling with this method?

@@TheAmericanSmoke Normal size you get from your local grocery store. Same size like what you grilled. And what works best, GRILL GRATES…..
