- The charity shops are back open and people are clearing out after Christmas.... the perfect time for a toy reseller.
2024 is here and ebay is on fire. It was great to have a break but I was chomping to get back going again.

Another interesting video. I started reselling 7 months ago and get around £300 profit monthly on top of my paid work. I'm already signed up with the tax man for this income stream - I don't want to risk a criminal record. Nice to see the promotion of Market Man Mike.

Fantastic to find those older Corgis in the toy box and not in the glass cabinet of despair! I've mentioned it before, but certainly down this way the children's sections are being squeezed smaller and smaller, with what is available not worth a look in. I guess it's all down to what gets donated but I dream of the day I find a toy box similar to that. Happy New Year!

I had that Jetfire when it came out. I remember it being a pain to transform. It would be cool for you to transform it in one of your videos. I remember the folding wings and the wheels popped out of his legs. Awesome to see, thanks.

@@MasterofPieces I found 2 charity shops in a tiny village, near my delivery route, both run by old lady’s & independent. The one shop had literally 5/6 20L bins full of toys I couldn’t face it 😂 I’ll send you the location not far from you

What do think of the selling platforms like ebay now handing over account details to HMRC and income tax being applied to over £1000 per year in sales ?😮
I think it’s Great, for those who are completely Tax dodging (which I imagine is A lot)
Half my family works for the Tax office & they say aslong as your paying some Tax, your very unlikely to be contacted / audited. It’s if your not paying any is where they’ll screw you
Personally, it wouldnt make a difference to me... Paying tax on ebay earnings is nothing new. Guess those who don't pay tax may have to decide what to do.
I pay tax eBay forced me a few years ago once you hit over £29.000 in a year they force you to make your account a business account or they threaten to shut you down so glad they did I would be crapping my pants rite now if I didn't pay tax on the plus side carboot should be good this Sunday with all the non paying tax dodgers crapping there pants scared to buy so more for me and all you other tax payers

I'm so amazed at your charity shop pick ups, nothing like that near me. Dont suppose your a Star Wars expert? Ive got 6 fact file binders plus the magazine inserts( de agostini I think) but haven't a clue what to value them at or how to find out if they are fully complete, any pointers in the right direction would be amazing

Enjoy before HMRC gets involved,It amazes.how they have any rights tbh.
Pretty sure he is registered self employed and files a tax return, nearly all of the well respected reselling channels do. Lot of people that don't though, but if they've been silly enough to not declare a small business then that's on them!
