"Sigma Genre" Love how literally every character in that "Genre" is just a complete lunatic or mentally broken lol. Also would Gone Girl be the Ultimate Girlboss films(Girlboss meaning being a manipulative lunatic lol)
I liked the part where the killer unironically uses the term “normies” in a sentence.
Best sigma book is the novel We Appy Few, the story about a group of boys and men who go fight the battle of Agincourt. It should be a Netflix series, but I think it would offend too many people.
"The last note resonates the longest..." - that we are literally HIM struck, well done
The song at 0:20 is Moonlight in Vermont by Johnny Smith.
Also -- your comment about sigma movies being about outcast anti heroes. All the examples you gave are more like villain protagonists. Lou Bloom and Patrick Bateman are psychopaths -- the fact people treat them with adoration is scary.
I can tell from the trailer alone this film is going to be iconic
Made by a guy who would laugh at any mention of 'sigma' males
literally me..
Bateman in American Psycho is not a Sigma at all but a typical Alpha for his concerns with looks and status..
What watch was he wearing?
new personality drop!!
SIGMA
The Killer was a good series.... But its not as good as The Country for Old Men type of assassin movie.
The Killer COULD be a great movie if they dont miss few details.
Fassbender acts very well however, as always.
Great vid
interesting
Wtf is a sigma male? I know sigma camera lenses
why assign this stupid label to it?
It's not you
this an ad?
Hope it was
Bruh
By "Sigma" do you mean nihilist...?
One in the same
Sigma male = The worlds take on American men
Aside from The UK’s James Bond that’s pretty much right
Don't get me wrong I like Fincher and Michael Fassbender but this movie is so lazy written! Main character acts contradictory to his skills, even against logic, makes stupid mistakes just to push plot forward. So we have our superb assassin, half ninja, part time philosopher and yoga instructor who turns out to be so incompetent that he shoots with his target obscured, which he could have easily avoided. Next this Nietzsche & McDonalds fueled killing machine, expert in tactics, strategy human behavior, with NLP diploma waist time with long and time consuming loosing tail, and forgets that at this special circumstances, he should warn his girlfriend. Also during course of film we learn that his hideout was well known from the start to death broker - the lawyer. So part with loosing tail could have been dropped, without any harm to the story.
More important question is why such assassin ninja loses ability of logic thinking and does few other stupid things? Answer - because plot needs him to do so! That's really lazy writing.
PS There are more examples of lazy writing in this movie but this is part with comments not place for essay.
It’s almost like you’ve pinpointed the crux of the story. Maybe he (and self believing sociopaths/sigmas like him) isn’t as precise and disciplined as he believes he is.
The story is well written, you just don't understand it.
Yeah, why does a guy like him who says "have no attachments" go on a completely unnecessary revenge quest? Is the director saying something with this?
Is it possible I'm missing the point? No, it is the director who is an idiot & I should take everything a Killer says on face value as the intention of the storyteller
@@kirathekillernote2173 have you finished the movie? Because in the end it turned out that the whole story is not about revenge.
Rewatch the dialog between the main character and the billionaire and than rewatch the epilogue.
The killer had been waiting for the mark to show up for five days strait. He was tired and obviously fed up with the job. The dominatrix got in the way milliseconds before he took the shot. He's a perfectionist but not perfect because he's just a human being. He didn't have to lose the tail because he wasn't one to begin with. And he sure wasn't expecting the lawyer to plan a hit on him simply for making a mistake.
I just totally know the sigmas are gonna jump on this film just because of the aesthetic, despite him literally doing everything he does for a woman lmao. SIIIIIIMP
is it for a woman though?.... i could also reterm it as a woman being a man's possession... and when someone encroaches on your "woman" they are basically treading on your territory, transgressing on your property, damaging your possessions...
let me put it this way, if i'm out with a girl, and someone hits on her in FRONT OF ME... i wouldn't be concerned with them disrespecting her, they are disrespecting ME through her... right... you get what i'm saying?
so if i actually created an issue with the offender i wouldn't be defending her... i'd be defending ME.... let me put it this way, what if it was his child?... would he still be a simp?
sounds dumb now, doesn't it
@@notimportant3686 yeah i guess you could say that, except theres no evidence that he views her as property, and the fact that you assume he does is a kinda cynical way of looking at things, which i find to not be very accurate generally. also, are you okay? you sound kinda worked up with that “sounds dumb now doesnt it”. whatever, sigmas are dumb, thats all i can say.
@@mono90286 i don't know anything about "sigmas" but i do know that you just tried to dismiss my point by saying "there is no evidence" when there is LITERALLY NO EVIDENCE for your interpretation either, it wasn't addressed EITHER WAY in the movie
u might be a bit too dumb for philosophical discussions, no offense... stay out of concepts, that's not your thing
@@notimportant3686 I find you saying that to me ironic considering your misunderstanding of burden of proof. Let me spell it out for you.
What the movie shows is violence against a woman the main character cares about, and him responding by taking revenge. Generally, relationships do not take the form of someone literally owning someone else, or at least their not supposed to. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that it is how good relationships are said to be, unless proven otherwise. It could be about an abusive relationship, but nothing states that so it is unlikely, given that relationships are not assumed to be abusive.
Again, you seem really determined to put me down and insult me. I'm not interested in a name-calling competition. Feel free to respond but I won't be responding again unless you keep it civil. You take disagreements over media way to seriously. Chill out.
@@mono90286 you are completely off... wow... and nothing about my formulation was implying an abusive relationship, why are you so dense:?... what have you been indoctrinated into?
