I watch your process video’s and your flip throughs of completed items and I’m so inspired by you but also intimidated by your brilliant mind and many times I am discouraged because I feel I could never make anything as wonderful as you do. Yes! Thank you for explicitly stating that your projects are the result of multiple attempts, revisions, and sometimes lengthy brainstorming sessions. Newcomers often get discouraged when they see finished projects end-to-end in these channels and don't realize even the experienced creators take time and repeated attempts to get something they're happy with. For myself, I only ever work on one journal at a time because I don't have space for all the half-finished ones I would have lying around otherwise. 😆

I know this is an old video but printing patterns on labels like this is genius! I have so many random labels of ALL sizes sitting in my stash from my old office work days that I just couldn’t bring myself to toss or give away. Now I know what to do with them!

I absolutely adore you are my muse... I am going to make 4 of these 1each for daughter's and daughter in-laws.. I have 2 girls.. and my son's wife/partners..... My grocery is now giving me the option to have paper bags... So I recently got 4 and will done get more in the next order.. I picked up a second hand gigabit cutter so think the lovely brown paper is a good starter as so far I have not been game.. but I bought in some nice dye's to use have some nice bits now. I have saved some paper bags from "Martins" the bakery here in Manchester and you have given me some great inspiration, as always. I always get all your notifications, but I don't get them from everyone I subscribe with even when I have pressed the bell icon. It is a UA-cam thing I think. Some said that if you unsubscribe and then subscribe again it will work, but I've tried that before and it never worked for me. Anyway, I'm working on several journals at the same time as I sometimes get stuck and need a change of direction for a while, so it takes me a while as well to get them finished.
I just found your channel and I really found the way you made this journal very unique and I love all your great ideas you showed. Printing on the large shipping labels and then tearing and collating with them is a wonderful idea. Thanks for the video.

I have literally spent the last 4 months watching every single one of your videos in chronological order from oldest to here (will finish through to your most recent within the next few days). I loved seeing how you created the text block (thats what a group of signatures is called 😊) and then bound it to the covers!!! That’s what I always want to know when I have watched all your past flip throughs of your journals ....HOW DID SHE BIND THAT?!? Maybe that’s what people were missing when they said you’re not doing tutorials?? You absolutely have done many tutorials on crafty things and I in particular love the using 12 x 12 papers ones. But perhaps people really love the journal tutorials themselves?? Just thinking out loud. ❤ I have loved watching all your years of videos over the past few months. I have always thought you did excellent work and was very creative! Interesting to hear about these other channels that you learned things from! l will check them out! I subscribe to many channels and I always click the notification button and the "all" part, and I have never gotten a notice about any of them. The only people I get notified from are the ones who also have blogs and you join their mailing lists. Then I get notified if they make a video. Shopping bags are great to work with and you have shown just how great they are. I just started using a gel plate and I am so happy with those results too. I love seeing your process. Watching you use papers and paint that we can easily have access to is inspiring. So often we get caught up in wanting the newest peoducts, we forget an out being creative. My favorite journal is a made with a painted paper bag with layers of acrylic paint and stamped images.

I have saved some paper bags from "Martins" the bakery here in Manchester and you have given me some great inspiration, as always.
I always get all your notifications, but I don't get them from everyone I subscribe with even when I have pressed the bell icon. It is a UA-cam thing I think. Some said that if you unsubscribe and then subscribe again it will work, but I've tried that before and it never worked for me.
Anyway, I'm working on several journals at the same time as I sometimes get stuck and need a change of direction for a while, so it takes me a while as well to get them finished.

I have literally spent the last 4 months watching every single one of your videos in chronological order from oldest to here (will finish through to your most recent within the next few days). I loved seeing how you created the text block (thats what a group of signatures is called 😊) and then bound it to the covers!!! That’s what I always want to know when I have watched all your past flip throughs of your journals ....HOW DID SHE BIND THAT?!?
Maybe that’s what people were missing when they said you’re not doing tutorials?? You absolutely have done many tutorials on crafty things and I in particular love the using 12 x 12 papers ones. But perhaps people really love the journal tutorials themselves?? Just thinking out loud. ❤

I have always thought you did excellent work and was very creative! Interesting to hear about these other channels that you learned things from! l will check them out! I subscribe to many channels and I always click the notification button and the "all" part, and I have never gotten a notice about any of them. The only people I get notified from are the ones who also have blogs and you join their mailing lists. Then I get notified if they make a video. Otherwise, I just check out my favorite You Tubers and see if they have a new video. Thanks for sharing how you made this!! So neat!!

Shopping bags are great to work with and you have shown just how great they are. I just started using a gel plate and I am so happy with those results too. When I saw the work you did, it reminded me of using this. Very nicely put together. I will need to invest in a square punch one day. Love how everything came out. I love seeing your process. Watching you use papers and paint that we can easily have access to is inspiring. So often we get caught up in wanting the newest peoducts, we forget an out being creative. My favorite journal is a made with a painted paper bag with layers of acrylic paint and stamped images.

If you want to try something: there is a paper packing tape from the brand "tesa", it is so easy to use for making journals, can be stamped, distressed, coloured etc and holds very well! And you get a big roll for little money, maybe you like to check it out?
