I had this dream for a while now and in this video I will combine two of my favorite dishes in the world.
Pork Belly Banh Mi and Bún đậu mắm tôm.
Mắm tôm is a very strong, salty and smelly fermented shrimp sauce.
This famous dipping sauce from the North of Vietnam is either feared or loved.
When I tried Bún đậu mắm tôm the first time I fell in love with it.
It brought me closer to vietnamese cuisine and I will never stop eating it 😍
I filmed this video 3 days ago and uploaded a short preview to TikTok.
It went Viral and I had such a great time reading the funny comments.
