They’re such a real couple... Blake lovely and Ryan are so over the top to the point of being fake. Leighton and Brady seem genuinely in love and comfortable around each other... no acting.
Why the need to compare them? Gossip Girl is no longer as relevant. Live in the now.

Sara Ilahi I think it’s more that Ryan and Blake love and crave attention (which isn’t a bad thing, esp bc they’re professional performers), while Leighton and Adam are the exact opposite: very private and low-key. Both couples are wonderful in their distinct ways.

I don't get why they seem bothered by it. They've literally never done anything as relevant as OC and GG. Leighton is doing mom stuff now and Adam is relying on Leighton to give him a job on that show. Of course they'll get asked about the past if this is the present.
People need to let it go, maybe they are cool living a normal life as you said, maybe they don't need another relevan thing, and more importantly just because Blake is in the spotlight with Ryan doesn't mean they are happier than these two, every couple have their way of being happy, i have seen leighton and adam's interview and they see so calm and relaxed...
