Thanks for the information shared... i recently bought the same stand-mixer. but every time i tried beating butter or whipped cream it got curdled.. .. can this mixer be used to beat less quantity ... i felt that when I used half cup butter or 200 ml whipped cream it isn't getting mixed well so i had to beat for a longer time .. may be thats the reason for getting curdled ... can you please guide me on this. Thanks in advance
