We used one of those at Mercury Signs in Denver in the late 70s for installing custom-painted billboards (they would be 8' high and 16 24 feet long. made of sheets of 3/4" plywood on a simple light 2x4 frame and two or three 6-8"poles (probably pentachlorophenol treated). Before lifting the sign and connecting it to the poles on the ground, we had to drill hols so also on the flatbed was a gasoline augur which was suspended from the crane cable to drill the holes and then the sign was tied on and dropped in- very easy and quick with that crane . It looks flimsy compared to those square-boom hydraulic cranes also mounted on trucks, but is much stronger than it looks.
New regulations, no commercial vehicle can pull a trailer over 10,000 lbs now without a CDL. I have two crane trailers that are now illegal for me to tow behind my bucket trucks.
Used to run a 100ft skyhook crane. Absolutely loved it.

What is the total weight of the trailer crane?
Any idea of the weight capacity
Is this still for sale?
Anyone know where the hydraulic fluid goes in?
If you look on the “Passenger” side on the crane base, there is a box with cap on it. That’s where the fluid goes. You can see it at 7:10
Still for sale?

If you don't mind me asking, what did it sell for. I have an older model that I am trying to value.
