Great Video , I seen them at the Fly over the Hudson River in New York when the D-Day Squadron began there journey here in New York (Dutchess County)

40yrs since I last flew in a DC3,this brought back happy memories of the trip in G-AMPO that's now static at Aldershot Barracks.

I saw these fly by a music festival I was at on Saturday morning, heading there from N Weald I guess
Amazing video mate. Do you know when the European based aircraft will arrive at North Weald airfield
I'm not sure, but I know they will be doing practice parachute drops at the end of the week, so maybe middle of this coming week?
@@Biggsy do you know how many Dakota's are coming in from Europe?
@@LiamWard-nd2jy The D-Day Squadron has the planned group. It is meant to be 10, 2 from America are still to arrive, 1 from Switzerland and 3 from UK, but at least 1 of the British planes won't be ready in time I heard
