@@PEMRiUM Yes and this guys Pull Up is his most insane lift. He does 330lb additional weight for 5 reps at 330lb bodyweight... With that amount of pulling strength he can surely also do Barbell Rows and Deadlifts with insane weights. I don't know about his squatting strength, that's maybe the only exercise Leonidas is better at...

Video? If full range from the bottom to the top it counts. Otherwize, like in the video here for almost every movement there is zero reps (except for the top bench. But that wouldn't have counted either since he bounced it off his chest)

Yeah. All the biceps/forearm movements are just rediculous cheat fests. I mean the heavy reverse curls were just upright rows that stopped halfway with 90 degrees in the elbow.
