I have no doubt that you are a genius; master painter, engineer, incomparable teacher, adept in sales and marketing, and with all that humble and ethical. You live in one of my favorite states and my favorite city in that state. I am 82 and wishing that I was young enough to travel there and take a class with you... and that I had found a source as good when I was teaching myself to paint at 41.
There are a few comments here that devalue your achievement of building this easel, but do they not see that functionality can be beautiful as well as useful? And that comfort and ease of use can enhance the function that it was made for? The methodical thought that went into the creation that displays and stabilizes every possible type of painting support AND provides for every possible painting position is amazing. I'm in love with it, and would buy it in a heartbeat at what I consider a reasonable price if I had a studio that would accommodate it. My paintings that sold in New Mexico years ago were done on a sheet covered bed in a tiny bedroom, sitting in a kitchen chair. I sold over fifty paintings through local art shows and commissions. I couldn't have imagined such beauty, comfort and ease at my fingertips.
I have this easel and absolutely love it. It comes extremely well packed with all the tools needed to assemble. It’s so easy to use, and the small footprint is just great. It is sturdy and well made, and is definitely worth the cost.
I have had an easel like this for about 3 years is the best best easel. I have no other kind of easel. I recommend all Mark’s products for the quality. Also his oils are superb. ❤
I absolutely love mine and I’ve owned at least a dozen other easels. The way it holds the canvas so solid is truly remarkable. The range of motion on the vertical axis is all I need. I often remove my art in progress while it is drying just to appreciate the easel itself in the studio. I won’t need another easel ever. Thanks
This easel is a work of art. A bit rich for my budget at the moment, but if I were equipping permanent studio this would be the easel I would invest in.
I would love to have one of these! I use a magnet board for small panels. I embedded strong magnets in a board, then I tape a piece of metal to the back of panel. That way I can paint even the edges of a panel.
@@europeanroyalty4778 no, just packing tape. If the magnets are strong, it will hold through even heavy duct tape.. Think edge pro easel's magnets.. I want the tape to come off easy when done.
Hey Mark, I live in Australia so the postage for that size/weight article is way too much, but could you consider a kit of just the hardware that you can't get from a hardware store and plans for the wooden parts that can be made by the owner themselves. There are a lot of people who love, respect you GREATLY and follow you for years, but don't live in the USA or within a viable freight cost range, but would still be able to support you to some extent if they were given the option.
You mentioned the option of providing casters, but I do not see it being available on the website. Also, the retaining clips used to hold panels covers a lot of the painting surface. Is there a way to adjust those so they are more out of the way? I inquired about these things with a contact message on the website a while back but never received a response.
I'm very sad that I cannot buy any of your products in UAE or india.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I tried to check in your website...only some countries are allowed. I hope you open up your sales more please🙏🙏🙏
Do the clamps work on cradled wood panel? Or would it work more like the panel you demonstrated in this video. This is such a great product. Im seriously considering buying it❤

He does indeed seem to be a decent bloke.

Probably the best easel in the world. When I sell my first oil painting this will be my reward to myself

I am in love with this easel. Worth every penny! Excellent video that shows all the aspects of why this is such a great tool.

I shared this video on 3 platforms. Maybe people will get one.
Really like the idea of being an artist and drinking while painting!
cant believe ive been watching This channel for 6 years now. learned alot here.
So glad I just asked myself what the best easel was and what a wonderful answer! 🖌✨So much more range than my old Mabef.

I like it! I like to lay on my side so can both paint and sleep concurrently. It’s a special skill I learned in the foxholes of Vietnam.
I hope more of the old products become available again

Double sided tape?

I personally use masking tape, I fold it over to make it double sided, I've never had a panel, big or small, fall off.
Such an interesting easel !
awesome. i am still amazed how the cavas edges are not wobbling!!
Gorgeous easel my friend ❤️
I’m sure it is the best easel. Hopefully next year I can afford to purchase one.
Just assembled my easel today. Did get the bolts backwards but not sure that will matter. It is awesome - hope my paintings can make it proud.

I'd be interested in a version that could be attached to the wall.
That's an beautiful easel.
This thing is impressive. It seems like you’ve thought of everything.
Very nice easel Mark. I built one based on your design from an older video, and I love it. Hoping to order one of these soon! Do you ship to Canada?
Would love to see the back of the canvas to see how the spikes hit.
This is on my list !!
Looks awesome
Absolutely amazing. Perfect. ✨️🙏🏼✨️
I hope I have one of your easel

Could you please provide the dimensions and weight for each box that's being shipped?
I want to buy your product. Unfortunately, there’s no shipping to Thailand. Hope you shipping to Thailand one day soon.❤❤
Very nice.
Its a shame its not available in the UK
What a wonderful easel pity I live over the seas. And especially the American dollar going up to the roof at the moment.
Hi Mark. I qm interested in buying your easel. I cant find it in your website. Please let me know. Thank you.
Wow and excellent
Will this hold flat panels?
Very nice
I want this!
Can't find a place to buy the easel, its not on his web site
Can anybody tell me the height of the easel?
💖
Whats the price of it ?
I can't see a need to spend $2,500+ for something to hold a canvas.
It looks good but massive overkill. Makes no sense for an antique looking easel. It's just wood.
I agree, it also costs $1800+
@@artaddict2313 Not for everyone, but well thought out and well designed for the serious artist. But perhaps not for the hobbyist or dabbler.
