I dont think you understand, If modi does not convince all of his allies to stay true to the NDA alliance, and even if 2-3 of them decide to ally with INDIA instead, modi's NDA alliance cannot form government, instead the INDIA alliance will form government lead by rahul gandhi. It is much closer than people are making it out to be. Keep in mind that there are quite a few swing parties in the NDA alliance. @@hataanghua6072 NDA (Modi Alliance) has 293 seats, INDIA (Rahul Alliance) has 234 seats and 2-3 parties in the NDA Alliance (that have switched sides lots of times previously) have over 40 seats, if INDIA can convince them to switch sides, they form government. NDA has an alliance where 1 party has a lot of seats and a lot of smaller parties, while INDIA has lots of large parties and not many smaller parties. So yea, the victory is not 100% a good one for modi
