“Don’t Let Your Deal Go Down” was recorded in 1925 by Charlie Poole, accompanied by The North Carolina Ramblers. Many others have recorded and performed the song through the years, including Lester Flatt, Earl Scruggs & The Foggy Mountain Boys.
