It's not like they can shoot while they're down. Yes, they can revive themselves, but seldom does it happen. And plus if someone is using last stand, they're NOT using one of the good ultimate perks so really it's disadvantageous. My only gripe about it is that if someone else shoots them after YOU downed them, THEY get the kill. I've already had my kill stolen several times because a teammate has shot someone I put into last stand before I could get an angle and finish them.
@@Im_Blitz It's just bad and ruins the flow of a match. Having to put an extra round or two into someone you already put in the effort to kill is such a waste of time and can easily get you killed too. The part about teammates stealing the kill makes that even worse.
I'm a rusher and the game really feels out to get me. I still do about as well as I did in other cods, but it feels just a little more painful. Also running around makes me feel like Donkey Kong.
I rush a lot and have been dropping multiple 100 kills games. I honestly would say dead silence and ghost is key. And I’ve found the less attachment’s on my guns the better.
I hate IW games because you die instantly. As soon as your brain is able to comprehend you're getting shot, you die. Unlike Treyarch or Sledgehammer CODs where you still can possibly turn on them and out gun them. IW games nope. Just a game of who sees who first not who has the better aim.
Dude I know. Even MW19 felt slow as fuck but this game feels like you’re running in mud. I’m a hard rusher and while I really only play objective modes I don’t ever really play the objective. I’m a dirty kill farmer admittedly. BUT, my numbers remain consistent in MW22 as they were with MW19 and Cold War so I don’t really have too much to complain about.
The time to kill in this game is the most inconsistent I’ve seen in a long time. I can 2 shot a full health player and then 5 seconds later I get 6 hit markers and they slam me. I’m having fun but I’m in the sweatiest, no grass has ever been touched lobbies of my life.

That’s because headshot damage is OP, so scrubs spray sub machine guns across the map and recoil up to a random headshot, all before u can even ads cuz the assault rifles ads time is garbage.

it's crazy that they released the game with no barracks, league play, etc. It was one of those things you used to look forward to in the game. Factors like that is unreal then they cater to bad players to make it more enjoyable for them.

That’s how you farm kills nerd. That’s the smart way to play choke point modes. You wanna get high averages, just play as a rusher in obj modes. It’s actually surprising how little anyone does to try and stop it. All you gotta do is run around the edges of the map and make flanks while the other guys just sit on obj. Notice how he broke 100 kills doing so, and I average around 60 doing so, while the guys in my matches seem to be capped at 30 kills. Blame it on the broken ass SBMM. Don’t hate the player hate the game.

I got to say as a casual who got back in via the beta, I swear the sbmm got worse. SBMM doesn't help casual players AT ALL, it makes every game feel like a competitive game. I really question where this idea of "sbmm is for casuals" came from Only reason I keep playing is because I know I'll have a shitter lobby the very next game, it's too predictable and tiring of a matching system, horrible.

I dont get how maps in cod4, bo1/2 and mw2/3 were almost all just at very least good. These days every map is like a flat plane with buildings and obstacles

The first DLC maps need to be Favela, Terminal, Highrise, and a new map They definitely need those old school MW2 maps back in the game to create some hype and nostalgia for the OG players
To do this you need to have 2 separate copies of the game. One account is a reverse boosted account, while the 2nd is your actul account. All you do is start a kobby with your boosted account, then session join using your main

Not purchased a cod since blops 2. God this franchise has gone to absolute shit it just looks like no fun and frustrating as hell to play. I'm more annoyed about people not popping up on the minimap when shooting unsuppressed weapons. Like they'll make it so I can hear people through walls, and pre aim for an instant headshot. But they won't put enemies on the map? I literally never use the map now unless there's a UAV.

yea it is and yes he does it, he admits it in Cold War. If you noticed that a green player on the minimap was there but after a minute it got kicked for inactivity. Nothing against it either, its for the entertainment value for the 100+ kill games.
19:50 I found out that you can cancel the uav animation by going prone right after calling it in. It removes the radio animation but there is still a delay when you try to call uav and counter uav back to back
I have been enjoying the game a lot actually,yeah the loadout and perk system are terrible ,but the gameplay is smooth and very nice.The only major things they need to make it a top5 cod would be a few maps ,patching the release bugs , a few quality of life changes and there you have it all easy things to fix which gives me a little hope.

I noticed in someone's vid who was playing spec ops, there was the dome map from MW3 as a part of a bigger map. That was my favourite map, and if that comes damn that'd be sick, idk why no one's talking about it

My favorite thing about this game is the camo grind. The camos look great (even the base ones) and they make me want to grind out each weapon. It's also nice not having to grind each weapon to level 70 like in Vanguard.
To me the core gameplay and the maps is actually good, but it's all the weirdness on top that brings it down. If they can just fix the UI and not showing stats for attachments, add the missing features, and actually maintain proper live service this game will be amazing. I'm not one to like things that benefit casuals at the expense of the overall experience, but I can live with the current minimap and dead silence situation if the game was actually complete.
The things that bother me the most are the spawns rotating all around the map so you can’t think tactically and can get hit from behind when it makes no sense, and the maps themselves are not that good
One of the biggest issues i’ve had while playing the game is the UAV/CUAV spam. One UAV snowballs into more for the enemy team and there’s no way to stay off the radar until you’re half way into the match. and if you try to shoot them down you’re looking into the clouds for a UAV while getting hunted down. Then when ghost is unlocked you’re permanently off radar (unless you shoot even with a suppressor) which encourages people to not move. Ghost should work like blacks ops ghost as it’s the best way to balance the perk and up the speed at which you earn perks bc obv they won’t change the entire system.
Overall great video, but theres a few things id like to point out that are wrong or I disagree with: The TTK is fast yes, but if we compare it to old cods that had stopping power as a perk, its actually a bit slower. MW games TTK have always been fast, even if it comes at the expense of competitiveness. At the end of the day its a casual arcade shooter first, and competitive sport shooter second. The minimap functions as a classic COD radar if your team has a UAV active. As long as your team has a UAV up enemy teams gunshots will show on the map, but only if they dont have a silencer. This change seems to be made to make UAVs more important, but right now they seem like a huge advantage that sways games. So the suppressor is what seems to be bugged. The gunsmith system is not terrible or confusing, although I do agree that we need to be able to see exact % values on each attachment, and that a lot of attachments are useless. but modding a gun is as easy as: use it, find the guns pros and cons, use attachments to mitigate the cons. Any time I do that the gun ends up significantly better than the base form. So I dont understand how you could find this system confusing or bad besides the lack of exact numbers. Also you definitely reverse boosted for this gameplay lmao.
I can’t play cod for a long time because of how long it takes to load in/out and the time in between games. It’s literally faster for me to just switch games entirely than wait to find a lobby, make sure it’s a decent map, and load in.
for me the biggest issues i have with mw2, is issues to do with making the game more ratty, so no mini map pings from shooting, lack of movement, like it feels too stiff and too punishing, like sliding is damn near useless, the ttk also is a little too quick, dont get me wrong i like fast ttk but its too fast in this game, especially if someone catches you offgaurd and their just hardscoping a corner.
Tuning has potential. You can take something with useless positives, turn those positives into negatives, and bump up some of the negatives into positives, effectively turning a trash attachment into something good. The problem is how much do they affect the weapon. The amount of testing is too much for more to care right now. If an attachment reduces ADS speed, you can tune it to increase ADS speed. So its not black and white as initially thought. Ps. How you get matched with such bad players. Every game i play is sweat lord mlg, camp masters, guys covering every line of sight and abusing every mechanic they can to win. Its exhausting.

aim assist is beyond broken in this game. sometimes it's like having literal aimbot and other times it's non existent. it's crazy how "good" some players think they are when they snap onto me from 30m away with an iron sights AR and basically trace me as I strafe. never played a shooter on console where someone has consistently been able to aim like that.

Casual players are the main consumers. If you dont cater to casual gamers then you dont make profit. Just like how car brands will make more family cars over performance cars. A lot of competitive gamers or people just in general grow up and they don't get the time to sharpen up their skills because of responsibilities. I used to love fps but now days i have been playing more and more single player games cause i cant keep up with the competitive players.

I said this but I’ll still To explain ttk, the ttk is actually slower then ghosts and the classic mw3 believe it or not. Well statistically speaking it is. You can get the exact stats but to the reason why it feels faster is because unlike previous titles the hit detection in this game is leagues ahead. Adding health or decreasing head shot multiplier would be the only way to make it slower. Honestly I think they need to do both, like add 25 health and slightly decrease head shot multiplier, like if it’s 1.5 go to 1.3
Not only kill streaks take forever to call in, I’ve died so many times activating dead silence because of the stupid sound telling them where I am, the animation taking so long I’m left hip firing, and the TTK being low. I enjoy the low TTK a lot, but animations are ridiculously slow. Bring back bo2 days, I loved that game to bits
The red dots have always been there to help bad or new players learn better awareness. For example, it teaches them routes, flanks, power positions, spawns, etc. It is literally there to help you learn the basics of being good at COD awareness wise. Then you've got private lobbies W/Bots to work on your Centering, Movement, and gun skills while encompassing what you learn from the Mini-Map. Not for Pubstompers. Yes, if you get good enough you could technically "Pubstomp" the lobby but not every game. Even the ones doing it back then making it seem like you could. Would use friends or accounts that had horrible stats in order to get into the protected lobbies.
Birdman, I remember when I was a casual long ago, I NEVER looked at the minimap. I was trash and just felt like the minimap was too complicated. It was only when I started to actually get good that I even looked at it, much less utilized it. I think that's the train of thought the developers have with removing enemies off of it, trash players aren't looking at all, don't let the good ones have extra advantage.
Activision catfished everybody with the lack of content and none of you even know it. They gave you the same guns with 5 different mags and said here’s your 51 guns. But in reality they really only dropped 19-23 guns, bc in old cods those same variants or “changing of receivers” would be under the same gun. Ex) In Mw19 you can use the Ak and make it the Rpk, ak74u, etc. Changing the Spr from a marksman rifle to a sniper just by changing the stock and barrel. Another would be changing the m4 to a m16 by putting on 3rd burst or a Ftac by putting on socom rounds. Crazyy how nobody realizes this.
I have been playing call of duty since #1 came out.. but there is no way I will be paying now $70 for a 50% complete call of duty. love you Search & Destroy fam and it's been years of amazing 40 oz's and 1 v Whatever clutches but I think its time we stop this madness. The reason they are not doing detailed stats like they did in CW is because Infinity Ward do not want to have to go in & update the numbers every time they make an adjustment to the attachment or gun! So for example if they changed the ADS speed of one attachment they would need to change the numbers on all the gun stats to match so they feel a slider scale is better, I mean how fucking lazy do these devs have to be man? I wish they would spend more time doing things we want than the stupid spawn in mechanics, like who cares about a car driving into the map to drop me off at the start of the game, just spawn me in so i can play!
If IW wants to play the victim and say they are adding stuff they kept out of the game on purpose for praise, so be it, but I see so many people say this game is good but it’s objectively satisfactory because it’s missing so much stuff from 15 years ago not to mention they fail at their own goal of making the game fun for everyone when we all know it’s only meant to be fun for noobs and casuals if they are even having fun all for that extra few bucks on the billions they have.

The movement just feels so sluggish in this game. it feels like they are trying to incorporate tarkov movement into call of duty. (for once they infinity ward isn't copying battlefield lmao).
I took out my PS3 and played some Black Ops 1 and it is sad how these modern games can't compete with the replayability and content the older games came out with back in the day.

Compared to vanguard this is so campy rushing is extremely hard if your enemies are hunkering down

Honestly if you have a gunny then you won’t have any problem rushing. The mechanics are made for camping but the ttk and maps are easy to rush on

That’s how you farm kills nerd. That’s the smart way to play choke point modes. You wanna get high averages, just play as a rusher in obj modes. It’s actually surprising how little anyone does to try and stop it. All you gotta do is run around the edges of the map and make flanks while the other guys just sit on obj. Notice how he broke 100 kills doing so, and I average around 60 doing so, while the guys in my matches seem to be capped at 30 kills. Blame it on the broken ass SBMM. Don’t hate the player hate the game.

To do this you need to have 2 separate copies of the game. One account is a reverse boosted account, while the 2nd is your actul account. All you do is start a kobby with your boosted account, then session join using your main

19:50 I found out that you can cancel the uav animation by going prone right after calling it in. It removes the radio animation but there is still a delay when you try to call uav and counter uav back to back

I have been enjoying the game a lot actually,yeah the loadout and perk system are terrible ,but the gameplay is smooth and very nice.The only major things they need to make it a top5 cod would be a few maps ,patching the release bugs , a few quality of life changes and there you have it all easy things to fix which gives me a little hope.

My favorite thing about this game is the camo grind. The camos look great (even the base ones) and they make me want to grind out each weapon. It's also nice not having to grind each weapon to level 70 like in Vanguard.
To me the core gameplay and the maps is actually good, but it's all the weirdness on top that brings it down. If they can just fix the UI and not showing stats for attachments, add the missing features, and actually maintain proper live service this game will be amazing. I'm not one to like things that benefit casuals at the expense of the overall experience, but I can live with the current minimap and dead silence situation if the game was actually complete.
The things that bother me the most are the spawns rotating all around the map so you can’t think tactically and can get hit from behind when it makes no sense, and the maps themselves are not that good

One of the biggest issues i’ve had while playing the game is the UAV/CUAV spam. One UAV snowballs into more for the enemy team and there’s no way to stay off the radar until you’re half way into the match. and if you try to shoot them down you’re looking into the clouds for a UAV while getting hunted down. Then when ghost is unlocked you’re permanently off radar (unless you shoot even with a suppressor) which encourages people to not move. Ghost should work like blacks ops ghost as it’s the best way to balance the perk and up the speed at which you earn perks bc obv they won’t change the entire system.
Overall great video, but theres a few things id like to point out that are wrong or I disagree with:
The TTK is fast yes, but if we compare it to old cods that had stopping power as a perk, its actually a bit slower. MW games TTK have always been fast, even if it comes at the expense of competitiveness. At the end of the day its a casual arcade shooter first, and competitive sport shooter second.
The minimap functions as a classic COD radar if your team has a UAV active. As long as your team has a UAV up enemy teams gunshots will show on the map, but only if they dont have a silencer. This change seems to be made to make UAVs more important, but right now they seem like a huge advantage that sways games. So the suppressor is what seems to be bugged.
The gunsmith system is not terrible or confusing, although I do agree that we need to be able to see exact % values on each attachment, and that a lot of attachments are useless. but modding a gun is as easy as: use it, find the guns pros and cons, use attachments to mitigate the cons. Any time I do that the gun ends up significantly better than the base form. So I dont understand how you could find this system confusing or bad besides the lack of exact numbers.

I can’t play cod for a long time because of how long it takes to load in/out and the time in between games. It’s literally faster for me to just switch games entirely than wait to find a lobby, make sure it’s a decent map, and load in.

for me the biggest issues i have with mw2, is issues to do with making the game more ratty, so no mini map pings from shooting, lack of movement, like it feels too stiff and too punishing, like sliding is damn near useless, the ttk also is a little too quick, dont get me wrong i like fast ttk but its too fast in this game, especially if someone catches you offgaurd and their just hardscoping a corner.
Tuning has potential. You can take something with useless positives, turn those positives into negatives, and bump up some of the negatives into positives, effectively turning a trash attachment into something good. The problem is how much do they affect the weapon. The amount of testing is too much for more to care right now. If an attachment reduces ADS speed, you can tune it to increase ADS speed. So its not black and white as initially thought.
Ps. How you get matched with such bad players. Every game i play is sweat lord mlg, camp masters, guys covering every line of sight and abusing every mechanic they can to win. Its exhausting.

They want realism, but you can slide on concrete. They’re obviously pick and choosing what they want players to do just to make it less competitive. If they wanted realism we wouldnt be able to do most the things we do in cod now.

aim assist is beyond broken in this game. sometimes it's like having literal aimbot and other times it's non existent. it's crazy how "good" some players think they are when they snap onto me from 30m away with an iron sights AR and basically trace me as I strafe. never played a shooter on console where someone has consistently been able to aim like that.

Casual players are the main consumers. If you dont cater to casual gamers then you dont make profit. Just like how car brands will make more family cars over performance cars. A lot of competitive gamers or people just in general grow up and they don't get the time to sharpen up their skills because of responsibilities. I said this but I’ll still To explain ttk, the ttk is actually slower then ghosts and the classic mw3 believe it or not. Well statistically speaking it is. You can get the exact stats but to the reason why it feels faster is because unlike previous titles the hit detection in this game is leagues ahead. Adding health or decreasing head shot multiplier would be the only way to make it slower. Honestly I think they need to do both, like add 25 health and slightly decrease head shot multiplier, like if it’s 1.5 go to 1.3
Not only kill streaks take forever to call in, I’ve died so many times activating dead silence because of the stupid sound telling them where I am, the animation taking so long I’m left hip firing, and the TTK being low. I enjoy the low TTK a lot, but animations are ridiculously slow. Bring back bo2 days, I loved that game to bits

The red dots have always been there to help bad or new players learn better awareness. For example, it teaches them routes, flanks, power positions, spawns, etc. It is literally there to help you learn the basics of being good at COD awareness wise. Then you've got private lobbies W/Bots to work on your Centering, Movement, and gun skills while encompassing what you learn from the Mini-Map.

Even the ones doing it back then making it seem like you could. Would use friends or accounts that had horrible stats in order to get into the protected lobbies.
Birdman, I remember when I was a casual long ago, I NEVER looked at the minimap. I was trash and just felt like the minimap was too complicated. It was only when I started to actually get good that I even looked at it, much less utilized it. I think that's the train of thought the developers have with removing enemies off of it, trash players aren't looking at all, don't let the good ones have extra advantage.

Activision catfished everybody with the lack of content and none of you even know it. They gave you the same guns with 5 different mags and said here’s your 51 guns. But in reality they really only dropped 19-23 guns, bc in old cods those same variants or “changing of receivers” would be under the same gun. Ex) In Mw19 you can use the Ak and make it the Rpk, ak74u, etc. Changing the Spr from a marksman rifle to a sniper just by changing the stock and barrel. Another would be changing the m4 to a m16 by putting on 3rd burst or a Ftac by putting on socom rounds. Crazyy how nobody realizes this.

The reason they are not doing detailed stats like they did in CW is because Infinity Ward do not want to have to go in & update the numbers every time they make an adjustment to the attachment or gun! So for example if they changed the ADS speed of one attachment they would need to change the numbers on all the gun stats to match so they feel a slider scale is better, I mean how fucking lazy do these devs have to be man? I wish they would spend more time doing things we want than the stupid spawn in mechanics, like who cares about a car driving into the map to drop me off at the start of the game, just spawn me in so i can play!
If IW wants to play the victim and say they are adding stuff they kept out of the game on purpose for praise, so be it, but I see so many people say this game is good but it’s objectively satisfactory because it’s missing so much stuff from 15 years ago not to mention they fail at their own goal of making the game fun for everyone when we all know it’s only meant to be fun for noobs and casuals if they are even having fun all for that extra few bucks on the billions they have.
