Coming from Amherst NY and planning on moving to the Murrieta area in late 23. NY has extremely high taxes so hopefully CA is a little lighter. How are the property taxes annually? btw I subscribed to your channel. Thank you for the uploads
Oh nice, thanks for subsribing! I hope you like the videos! The tax rate in Riverside County is pretty much a standard 1.1% across the board. Some of the newer homes have extra 'special assesments' or 'mellaroos' on top of that. But yes, typically lower property taxes than NY!
Yeah, they are out there for sure. Would you be thinking about renting short-term like an AirBNB? Or for a few months? If it's longer you would probably be looking at a true 1 year rental agreement!
Hi Abraham! The pricing looks to be pretty similar! From what I can see, the average price point for Elk Grove, is around $560K, do you think that's about correct? Murrieta is pretty similar. Maybe slightly more expensive!
