If you ask me, I use TK insurance, and Consulting with my family doctor is free of charge, but whatever medicines she prescribes, I have to pay either 5 or 10 Euros depending on the cost of the medicine. Not to forget, you pay apprx 15.8% of your salary every month to maintain this healthcare facility. The same amount is given by your employer. Deductions are made automatically once you submit your insurance related details to your employer.
