Itzy are under the same label as Straykids. Straykids came before them, but they both practiced and trained at the same time...itzy just debuted later on.
They trained together before they all debuted. Chan even said that he was close to all the members because he's known them and has been taking care of them for 6 years as their older 'brother'.
Before 'stray kids' and 'itzy' even became a thing, both groups even had to compete with each other in proving to their CEO who "deserved" to debut first.
^^ this was from the 'Stray Kids' reality show, and after both groups performed in front of the CEO, stray kids ended up being picked to debut first.
Now that both groups have already debuted, they're both MASSIVE now, itzy's arguably one of the biggest girl groups in kpop and you should definitely check them out!! Loco and Wannabe are top tier :)))

You will often see Yeji and Hyunjin being referred to as the Hwang Siblings or Hwang Twins. They have the same last name and do look a bit alike as you saw, and are both main dancers. They have quite a bit of interactions. They aren’t actually siblings which surprises many newbies

ITZY is a girl group that debuted under JYP (same as STRAYKIDS) You could say ITZY and STRAYKIDS are one agency. They quite close because they spent trainees together before debuted. (ITZY is younger than STRAYKIDS) the oldest member also is a same age to felix (2000) and the youngest is 2003.
Also STRAYKIDS more senior because they debuted on 2018 and ITZY debuted on 2019
you should see TWICE & STRAYKIDS too. TWICE is their senior (STRAYKIDS & ITZY because TWICE debuted on 2015). they are also from JYP.
