Fuckin hell that was hilarious 😆 btw I am Italian, so have to give some advice on pasta as it is stated in our constitution. First of all, choose the best pasta brands. It makes a huge difference. Secondly, cook it for 4 hours or more, and third, if you add Just a touch of bicarbonate, it will avoid stomach acidity from the tomato sauce. But still, that dish looked awesome. I don't use cream for ragù but it's not a bad idea at all

Great work Max. Looks unctuous. If adding cream is your gig mate then that’s cool as every area in Italy has its own ragu version. Does anyone know of an Italian region that adds cream so Max can name it authentic like?
