That’s not true. Ymih is simply an exclamation in our mother tongue called limbum from the wimbum tribe found in the northwest region of Cameroon . Y is simply “my” and Mih means “mom”

Ymih, which he repeats in the chorus/hook, means "to forget", in one of the Cameroonian dialects (not sure which one), which in this case, he is telling the girl to forget about her ex. That's why the song is called "N'y pense plus" = don't think about it no more, essentially forget him!
As far as I'm concerned ymih is not in pular (I'm fulani, not from Cameroon but still 😊). You got the french part right though
