No, it is a normal hose for water. It has wheels on it so you just have to connect the hose and take the rest with you. So you can use it very fast. In german it's called "Schlauchhaspel".

We have two dial: 112 is for the fire brigade and ambulances and doctors
and 110 is for the police.
But is doesn´t really matter where you call.

112 is for Fire and EMS, 110 for police, but no matter where you call they'll gona pass the call through and send the correct units
