ok i sorta deciphered what they did, they went to the top left and clicked "file", after they picked the remux recordings optionand ofc remuxed the file, i personally kept the destination folder the same. afterwards simply copy the REMUX folder and paste into your discord messages, very shrimple yet the 360p bro.
