Depends on your AI Service. When I implemented a customer service chatbot for example, we made it so that customers could only submit ticket after chatbot fails to find an answer. That brought down 70% of tickets submitted that month. For lead gen chatbot we track number of leads captured by chatbot. For on-boarding automation we were saving 1 hour for each client they onboard. For 1:1, we’re launching soon, you can join my free skool and DM me for more info

I usually let my clients create the account, they be a viewer and give me editor access but there are agencies that offer chatbots under their Agency account
Can you tell me that how i can upload jpeg and video in knowledge as i want to show images and video based on the questions asked by the users? can i do soo i am getting status failed for jpeg and video format files

Can you try transcribe the video instead? I haven’t tried media before, will share my results when I do
