Honest review there Moho vlogger/Graham. I don’t have one of these but have been looking at them, I wondered about the floppy tube and wanted to see how other people got on with them. I have now made my mind up and will stick with the firm one like yours with is easy to push in, you don’t want to be thumbing a floppy one in. Great review, Martin

The guys at Colapz are very interested in getting their products right and I am sure will listen to what you have to say. I spent some time with them at a rally talking about their products and what was good etc, so I know they are 'on our side' as customers.

Hi Graham, Strongly suggest you watch Dan Trudgians vlog re waste connectors. It's the absolute best set up - small, rigid but flexible and best of all - cheap. The whole thing cost £6, bargain.
I'm with you Graham, too floppy and I had several occasions where the pipes just fell off when maneuvering the waste tank to empty it by just touching it. I've gone back to a solid pipe connection which still connects to the Colapz Waste Pipes as well which are great.. Love Colapz stuff, but this one didn't hit the mark for me either.

I agree don’t really see the point of that connector and I use the one you had originally. I recently bought the collapz flexible drainage pipes for waste water and was delighted with it. No long lengths of pipe to lose around the van and easy to store and set up. Just an update on the e and p leveller I had fitted to my van, I used it for the first time last week when away and it’s a delight, just to press a button and watch the van self level to perfection. Yes an expensive toy but will be well worth it over the coming years. Keep the videos coming as I find them both informative and yes even humorous lol

Well done Graham, like you, I rate Colapz stuff very highly for quality products and customer service! It is refreshing though to have an alternative review of a product. You did not trash it, you simply explained in your own inimitable, internationally renowned CaravanVlogger manner, the issues you have had wit a product you purchased in good faith... 👍🏻 I guess most would rather not post a negative review for fear of upsetting the manufacturer, supplier, whatever, but a real world commentary, such as yours, is just as valuable an asset to those of us looking to purchase stuff for our ‘vans & travels... 😉 By the by - I’m not sure trimming that hard pipe to stuff it in your floppy bit will necessarily work, as it may be a similar diameter to the waste outlet and, consequently not fit? I could try it on mine, but is is dark ‘n wet out there... 🤷🏼♂️🤪

You would think Colapz trialled this before releasing it to market. Or as you say Graham, maybe it should have a short rigid pipe pushed in the ends of the floppy bits. I'm thinking of getting those Colapz extending waste pipes. Are they any good? Good review of the floppy section. Take care. Rob

Colapze seem to be a firm that invented a new solutions for problem that have already been solved perfectly well. You never mentioned the price how does it compare with the solutions that have been on the market for years?
Recently fitted a waste pipe kit witch I brought 12 months ago from local caravan dealers think it was £4 or £5 , see Dan Trudgians vlog, I had the same as you but found it a bit awkward to fit and to be honest it looked a mess,

Sorry Graham, great vid but I don't agree. I've used the waste pipe connector this entire season and it hasn't been an issue. They do take a little bit of practice to get in easily but once you know how it's fine and the end result is far neater than 'orrible white plastic piping.

I have never used the waste pipe adapter and I didn’t see the need for it for us. I have just bought the waste pipes and a small adapter for the Motorhome as we are on a serviced pitch for our first trip. As there is no MH point on this site I thought they may make life easier. I most say all the Colapz stuff we have has always served a purpose but I guess we haven’t bought items we wouldn’t need anyway. I was wanting to try the Trunk before we sold the caravan, we wont need one for now. Thanks for the vlog! Karina

If it’s made by a company that’s made its name by collapsing things why in gods name do you need to cut bits off? Surely the space between the 2 outlets should “colapz” as should the bit that goes into the wastemaster. You’re absolutely right, the 2 bits that go into the waste outlet are far too flexible, they also look the wrong diameter. Tbh I’ve found 99% of colapz stuff pointless.

The waste pipes work great but the pegs to hold them up are a ridiculous price.

Liking your top tips, cvlgr looks like an expensive gimmick.
You have your original one set up incorrect, the swept bend is supposed to follow the flow of water. You currently have one flow against the other.
