    I love these core/mobility workouts! We focus on developing core strength in the beginning before slowing things down with a mobility circuit. 🙂
    Your core exercises have really helped my abdominals become more stronger and defined - the mobility round was awesome! My body feels fantastic after completing this workout! 👍❤ Thanks, Heather!

    Loving abs and mobility! But we forgot to stretch our core during the cooldown portion 😂 Had to add a few more stretches so I won’t be in agony tomorrow.

      This is a fierce 14 day program with something scheduled each day. But it’s just a suggestion! Rest whenever you need.

    Heather, soon we Muslims will be fasting for Ramadan at the end of February 2025. I would be very happy if you were willing to make a program during that month.😊😊

      We’ve been working no so hard, had to get those mindful movements in there!
