We focus on developing core strength in the beginning before slowing things down with a mobility circuit. 🙂 Your core exercises have really helped my abdominals become more stronger and defined - the mobility round was awesome! Loving abs and mobility! But we forgot to stretch our core during the cooldown portion 😂 Had to add a few more stretches so I won’t be in agony tomorrow.
Heather, soon we Muslims will be fasting for Ramadan at the end of February 2025. I would be very happy if you were willing to make a program during that month.😊😊
