she is very strong, basically the dlc pack for mika, but you can cope and skip if you need to if you already have ui. keep in mind their differences: ny fuuka: costs 2, gives 1 instance of up to 50% ex cost reduce, gives bonus crit dmg, special slot ui: costs 3, gives 2 instance of up to 50% ex cost reduce, gives bonus atk, striker slot ny fuuka is better most of the time, 2 cost + 1 reduction means faster cycle without “wasting” a reduced ex. she also gives crit dmg which is better than atk, and Mika has guaranteed crit + absurd dmg already so losing out on double himari/ako isn’t such a huge deal normally. tldr can skip ny fuuka if need be, but probably shouldn’t
