One thing I loved about this BL besides their superb acting and chemistry is that it’s one of the few Korean BLs where both characters love each other and both show that love to one another, not a one sided love where one is confused about their feelings. They developed feelings together showing their unconditional love for one another. Eunho taught Heon that people are capable of love and Heon protected Eunho from the harshness of his reality and when he felt lost, abandoned and ready to give up Heon was there to help him through his plight and despite their obvious differences, their love transcended time. There were two scenes I really loved (besides the kiss scenes). The scene where Eunho is laying down reminiscing about their time together then he starts crying shows that he doesn’t want to leave Heon and afraid of losing him despite knowing that he must return to his present time. The other scene is where Heon found out he was getting executed and he goes off at Geum and Eunho for not telling him showing his desperation to stay alive since he wanted to die initially. Eunho gave him a reason to want to live again and he was afraid of dying and leaving Eunho. Eunho hugs him and says “it’s alright” giving him hope in the face of despair. This BL taught me that you don’t need a reason to fall in love is what I feel this lighthearted BL shows and it’s very refreshing and heartwarming. I absolutely loved your edit. It really did justice to this beautiful series. I’m really hoping for a season 2 with Eunho teaching and helping Heon about the 21st century and adapting to his way of life and filling in the gaps of the “2 years later” gap with a side story of Geum and his progression and journey of entering into the 21st century to be reunited with Heon and Eunho ❤️

Their relationship is so pure and beautiful, no prejudice, no rush, no conflicts just pure love and support for each other. I hope we get a second season when junhee is back from military. I want to see Heon and Geum getting used to modern life.
This is so beautiful, this kdrama deserve better and more recognition. Despite being a short drama, it's too cute from start to finish and the scenes are so warm to the heart and beautiful to watch. Not to mention the actors who made it spectacular especially Junhee who showed us his acting skills and did it wonderfully, I was left wanting to see more but at the same time also satisfied. If I am not mistaken he was in The Unit...and thats why he looked familiar. In the West it isnt even a big deal anymore to act a gay character...but I guess for Korea this is huge when idols start playing those parts. I personally dont know why it is so hard to be a bit more open minded in this world in general. I personally am not gay myself, but I never ubderstood why people make such a fuss about it. Back to the show. The concept looks good though. I ahve to look it up.
