This topic is so sensitive that I'll be teary eyed speaking about it in front of a group. Applause to all of the guys here who were able to surpass it but I'm still in the dark.
I was bullied, but what hurt me is that my family was part of it. They played a roll, but when I came out to them, they stopped. They say they were just encouraging me but I don’t know.
I was bullied because of being soft since elementary to high school but after college, those who bullied me are my friends today, building your personality and being humble, and outgoing helps you create good relationship with those people

The most unforgettable experience I had in Elementary when our English teacher in a Catholic school told my mom after PTA meeting that I am gay and it was unacceptable in the school. My mom and I really felt bad and just decided to transfer me. We were still disappointed when we remember that incident. 💔
Media and social traditions. A couple of blockades we have to go through. Be anything you want, and everyone deserves to be treated equally as humans.

Yow their childhood is sad. When I was elementary I wasn't really out of the closet yet until grade 6 I just told them I liked a guy from a higher year. Not only were they accepting , they supported me to. I was never really bullied and due to my influence I actually gave 3 people the courage to get out of the closet and as usual my batchmates were accepting. I'm just worried about my family. My mom shows a lot of discomfort around gays but my sisters , I think they know and I think they'll accept me, actually I think they're just waiting for me to out myself to them

I was already soft since I was a kid... But then my classmates treat me normally. They even set me with girls. They sometimes joke about my gender but in a way that it makes me feel we are close and I think Its their way of saying na.. " Dont be shy around us coz we already know and we accept you." Some of my straight classmates sometimes even treat me some snacks." I just act as what I am infront of them and Im glad I have those nice fellas around me. I think thats the reason I grew as a positive person. Swertihan lang siguro sa mga magiging classmates 😂😂

I am still being bullied until now that im 23... Not being gay... But with my princess -like voice....
Since kinder ata, alam ko na sa sarili ko that I am a gay. Ang nangbubully saken sa loob ng pamilya, my kuya and my cousins. Dahil sa kanila, mas naging matapang ako. Turned out to be worst. Nung pre adolescent hanggang college, ako ung naging bully. Maski mga bakla binubully ko. I was a very discreet gay. Kasama ko sa school ung mga nagyoyosi, nag iinom, mga patapon ba. That's my frontal act to keep who I really was. Not knowing na sa kakapretend ko maging siga, masama na ko sa paningin ng iba. Kinatatakutan na ko naglalakad lang ako s corridor. Maski mga babae, ayaw na rin lumapit kasi maangas nga daw ako. Nung nagwork na ko, at napasok ako sa bpo, dun ako nagbago. Dun ko naaccept kung sino talaga ko. Theres no shame of being gay, and theres no need of hiding and pretending. Discreet pa rin naman at kakaunti lang my alam about my sexuality, pero this time tanggap ko na kung ano ung kabaklaan na meron ako at pati ng mga nasa paligid ko. Nakikipaghalubilo na ko sa kanila, even joining with their serious talks. I just realized, masaya ko ngayon. Masaya ko dati kapag walang nakakahalata saken at akala nila straight, pero mas masaya ko ngaun. Free as a bird.

Ako dati para di mabully nag aral aq ng bongga. Hanggang sa makita ng mga kaklase ko na I am the Boss. Hanggang sa dumating sa point na ako na nagtuturo sa kanila. Nawala yung label ko as bading. Nakita nila aq as their friend.

i was bullied in grade school and high school because i was small, soft and gay but in my 50's i got my just desserts and they cried foul as if they needed sympathy from the public.
