Hi, I placed an order yesterday, I bought 5 items, 3 are purcahsed, 2 (a belt and a pair of shoes) are still in purchasing status. There are some problems in fact it tells me unable to purchase. and forces me to refund. Only when I click the refund button, he tells me "there is an order to be confirmed. Please apply after processing the confirmation". 1I just don't understand what the problem is, since the other 3 items have already been purchased. Please you have to help me as soon as possible, because there is a 48 hour timer and I'm afraid that once the countdown is over I lose the 80€ I spent on the shoes and belt. Please help me.
Man why would you lose anything lmao, you're just going to get refunded to your sugargoo balance, nothing to worry about this. If they can't purchase it, you'll just get a refund once you confirm it.
