@@DRWvids The Vampire is an awesome aircraft and sounds great. I live on the approach path of the main runway at Staverton (Glos Airport ) so everything pretty much goes straight over my house. There is a great museum at the airport (Jet Age Museum) which is full of old Gloster stuff and also a Vulcan front end / cockpit which you can sit in ! .... Due to our location, We also get the outbound / sometimes inbound views of the U2 and pretty much anything else that goes in to Fairford or Brize. Kemble (Cotswold Airport) is close as well .
