nick. here is the point you're not seeing. you cant be TOO far ahead of the curve otherwise it actually hurts in the long run. just look at the dodge magnum or alot of the cars that were good but the problem was. it would basically explode(i mean in terms of sales. it would be too much and override nissans main objectives they have set in mind. and no one wants something that ruins it all. thats like making lemonade and you end up making fruit punch. but that really wasnt the main objective)
The IDX's design still feels ahead of its time, looking like it could be made today despite being a 10-year-old concept. Maybe Honda could spare them a K20 engine in it lol
Nick, i absolutely love that you do a revisit series to all Forza Horizons every new year. First, it was Forza rewind in 2024, and now its Forza extreme in 2025. Seriously, keep up the good work, man 👏👏

@@jackmagnium6115 that's not why the V6 was dropped... When the ecoboost was introduced in the S550 platform, they had 3 engines. The 2.3eb, the 3.7 V6 and the 5.0. The V6 was the slowest of the 3 and the 2.3eb was intended to be the base engine. Ford was in the process of discontinuing the 3.7 anyway as it was also dropped in other models. It was a redundant and worse performer.
We definitely need more of these cool concept and different cars. Both the IDx and the Juke R are great cars but unfortunately we will never see such cars again because Forza devs love adding overrated supercars that only 12 year olds like. But I'm happy that lately they're actually giving us some properly good cars and not some supercar slop.
Tiggy at the end had me so confused, I thought the editor added in a sound effect cause Nick was going to do something, then Nick mentioned Tiggy and it made my day.
I mean if we're going for Forza extreme the IDR from FH4 would go great and the Holden with the roo bars in Australia, drag dodge dart or the drop in the floor 599XX for top speed would all be an interesting watch

It had so many positive reviews that they could have at least build something with a similar shape to have a modern 510. And then you really wonder why Nissan is bankrupt now

I’m worried that Forza Horizon 6 is going to lack new to Horizon cars & worried that the FH6 Updates might be bad with recycled cars from Forza Horizon 5 because we only saw 1 car that wasn’t seen in FH5 in this update. We haven’t even seen cars that were seen in FH4 in this update & it got me worried that Forza Horizon 6 is going to have many recycled cars in its 1st year. Many rumors are expecting that there is going to be about the same amount of cars at launch with FH6 as with Forza Horizon 5 at launch. If there is going to be 500+ Cars at launch I better see 100+ New To Horizon Cars (Cars getting carried over FM2023 & Forza Motorsport Series on Xbox One Generation/New To Forza/Cars last seen from FM4 & Before) at launch of Forza Horizon 6. I hope we see many new to Horizon Normal Cars/JDM Cars/German Cars/US Pickup Trucks at launch of FH6. I’m glad that Forza Horizon 5 had put many JDM Cars/Normal Cars throughout FH5’s lifespan.
