100% resonates, except he's not sorry, he never apologizes for how he acts because he doesn't feel bad about it. He blames me for the way he acts. Its total BS, he knows damn well what he does but there's never any accountability on his part. Im done with it, sick of it. We've been doing this dance for almost 30 yrs. He won't change. He continues to verbally attack me when I disagree with him or when we argue. After he screams and yells and calls me names, he goes and slams the door.Then he gives me the silent treatment for 4 or 5 days, and isolates himself from the whole family, stays in the bedroom and doesn't do anything but look at his phone. Then suddenly after 4 or 5 days of this behavior he's back and acting like nothing ever happened. Its insane!!! And it pisses me off!!! I'm fed up with his childish BS. I've given everything to this man, and i shouldn't have. Should have left him a long time ago, he gave me and still to this day gives me every reason to leave him.
