How to use a color camera with Sol'Ex

This video shows how to make images of the Sun with the Sol'Ex instrument by equipping it with a color camera. This is not a usual situation, usually a monochrome model is preferred, but we show that with one or two precautions, it is possible to obtain very satisfactory images of the solar surface.
Moreover, the use of a camera showing the spectrum in color adds an additional attraction to the usage of the Sol'Ex. It facilitates its handling and becomes an even more effective tool for learning spectrography and the physical phenomena of optics.
In this video, we use popular models of color cameras, the ASI678MC or the ASI224MC, well known by observers of planetary surfaces.
