I think Sophie's breakdown actually really humanised her to some of the jurors. I get why it's in this video but I think it actually really benefited her in the final 3.
Absolutely agree! It usually would make someone look weak and make the jury not respect them. I think Sophie was respected as a player though, but wasn't particularly likeable, so this was a good moment for her.
Though the first watch it appears that way, if you watch some of analysis from his win you can see he knew exactly how to make it further his season. While everyone was so busy attacking each other and gaining enemies socially, he was the only chill one just making good friends and earning himself people's trust to the point of his win. He also wasn't bad at the physical either.
He was rude and arrogant the whole game and was even more so towards cochran. Ozzy is the sorest loser and threw a tantrum when they lost a challenge and completely threw cochran under the bus for it.
Ozzy is sooo overrated and honestly I don't like him one but he's a bit sexist people don't want to hear it and someone will fight me on it but its true

Playing to how you'll be perceived to America on the TV is a super underutilized tactic, even though it does pop up sometimes (like Colby not wanting to be seen as taking a weaker opponent in Australia, or Tony convincing Woo of "his honor" and how he'd be perceived in Cagayan) - telling a bunch of white people that they're hanging out with a racist homophobe is a good way to plant the seed in their brain of "Oh wait, maybe I don't want to be on National TV defending this man" - and several of the tribe have said post-game that Natalie's callout played the biggest role in getting them to vote him out!
I thought this was a really bad look for Natalie, especially considering that they're friends now. She is one of my favorite winners, but this bully moment plus other things I've read about her from people who've played with her make me think that she's not the nicest person in real life.

I thought the same thing as a kid, I was rooting for Jake and Ken so I was hoping for a blindside on him from his alliance lol. But yeah Brian had it on lock down still.

Fabio's is great, Nick's is whiny, Sophie's is nice, Brian's is hysterical, Richard's is kind of funny, Natalie's is great, Mike's is the biggest example of this after Underwood, Kim' and Todd who are both top tier for me I really didn't remember.

Though I wanted Rich to win, I'll never be okay with them allowing him to be naked his whole season. It's just not okay and it took them way to long to put a stop to it. When Rich shoved his privates on his teammate that made me lose all respect for him. Even had she been okay with it, it's still assault and the show allowed way too much
I think I'm the beginning the idea was that outside of challenges and tribal council, they wanted the survivors to be self-governing and decide for themselves what was allowed and what wasn't allowed in camp.

You never really know what went down in an objective way. Besides that Ozzie wanting Cochran gone was the completely correct action given how badly the season went for their tribe. Even then Ozzie tried to make it up and even trusted him enough to hand him an idol and include him in on this massive game plan.

That may have seemed really stuck up of Mike, but it was actually really smart because he didn’t want to show his vulnerability. He may have been looked negatively upon by his tribe mates, but, he didn’t want to let his personal life get in the way of his already major strategic game play.
Why do people expect the sort of behaviour one might hope for in real life? This is a game, folks, and backstabbing, deceit and subterfuge are all essential elements - its how you win the game! Respect is out the window on day one.
