I disagree on watertok, while it certainly isn't for everyone many of the people who started it did so because they needed to get their water intake after stomach surgeries. If you are well and able then get your liquids in as you wish but for these people who struggle with it, putting stuff in water to help them drink enough for their organs to work is a good thing
