Excellent video, just one thing. when your looking for the apex beat, you should find it first then determine its location by counting the intercoastal spaces.
I was taught that for a cardiovascular system examination, you have to do a general physical examination first then then cardiovascular (pulse, bp, jvp, precordium, auscultation). Its more orderly this way as you went from the hands to the pulse to the face?? Not orderly at all. And taking the blood pressure is part of this examination which wasn't done here.
