For brake pads, there is indicator on brakes. If that metal indicator starts scratching disc, change the pads asap. Normally brake pads don't need replacement till 40000 kms

Better after each 3000km keep clean air intake filter and ac filter, also keep clean brake pads and disc with scrapping through sand paper & air, also lubricate all door hinges too and check all lights rear and front with tyre pressure and get it alignment

U don't have to remove the tyres to check the brake pads.
Just check brake fluid level,there is maximum and minimum level on the brake oil reservoir,if level is below minimum then replace brake pads

I would ask them to blow compressed air through the old air filter to clean it and keep it as spare. Also you can double the change interval by getting it cleaned atleast once before changing it.
