Visiting Bangkoks BEST PARKS | Benchakitti & Lumphini Park ⛲ via the green mile, Bangkok

In this video, we explore 2 of Bangkok's most famous parks (Benchakitti & Lumphini).
Spending any length of time in Bangkok can seem hectic & sometimes overwhelming but these 2 parks are a great place to get away from the hustle & bustle of The Big Mango (Bangkok). At Benchakitti Park there are dedicated running & cycling lanes as well as spaces where you can play Badminton, Futsol & Basketball. Lumphini Park is considered Thailand's first public park & is also a great space to exercise....just keep an eye out for the monitor lizards.
You can get to Benchakitti Park via the MRT getting off at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre station. You can also use the MRT to get to Lumphini Park, getting off at the Lumphini or Silon stations.

You are one of the few people who pronounce Bangkok as BARNG GOK correctly. Early Dutch wrote the local name of this area in Roman alphabets BANGKOK since mid Ayutthaya period more than 450 years ago and pronounced Barng-Gork correctly as well as early Europeans and others until came the Americans later with their flat accent mispronounced it Bank-Kok that unintentionally misleads people nowadays.
