Jack's great. Whoever the heck does the rambling introduction needs to learn that: brevity is the hallmark of wisdom and .... would do better with 15 seconds of commentary rather than the ridiculous 5 minutes of my life he just wasted.
He's wrong though, we are the food body... that's the miracle, what this flesh can do, that our bodies create consciousness. It's weird that someone who espouses Eastern wisdom also speaks in the dualistic terms of body vs. spirit.
