I think what you mean is he's not a Programmer ;) He doesn't code the game, but coding doesnt ultimately make a game. It's the glue that binds everything together and one of the hardest jobs, sure, but it's not the be all and end all of game design, in fact it doesnt even factor in to pre-prodcution except in rare cases when the team wants to experiment with mechanics to inspire what they do next.

I’m an old guy. I’ve played a lot of games like we all have. I’m also an avid reader of books. Bioshock games are like walking through a book that you get to interact with. I’m a huge fan of engaging narratives. Looking forward to this ‘game’.

As much as it would be nice to have more information, this teaser gives us just enough info to know that a great game will be coming soon. Regardless of how it turns out, it will be a success no matter what because of how much support there will be from Bioshock fans.

I was super hyped for Callisto Protocol just because of who it was from.... I was super hyped for Cyberpunk just because of who it was from...

far as i can tell it hasn't been released yet but it reminds me a little of the dartagnan version.
Definitely my most anticipated simply because of the team behind it.
The world built by Bioshock universe is superior. The aesthetic and feel of this is unmatched, chills every time I watch.
My favourite universe, bar Star Wars.
