i honestly don't think it's difficult? like, there's the group nct which consists of all the members and the number is unlimited as they can add more members. then between those members there is sub units in which they are arranged to perform:
nct dream: the youngest, they leave the group when they turn adults
nct 127: fixed members, generally "cool" concept
nct u: non fixed members, they can try different genres
c'mon, it's not rocket science...
Queen Boa spills some tea on produce shows. As she said the national producer will not focus on talents, instead they will only look at winks and ageyo.
Did she say something about being on the shows like that?
She must have been sad on fact of not debuting Jounghyun and also others. She even mentioned about it that she wished him to debut.
Himani Chand she said she may not be debut if she’s on produce because she can’t act cute or being appeal to the audience. We all know that boa is the most talented female in kpop but she said that she is not confident because people are looking for cute or beautiful people rather than actual talent of being an idol. My first produce show is pd48 so I can feel the pain with my whole heart. This will my first and last produce show. I am so sorry for jonghyun and others too. They are so talented but people didn’t choose them.
The thing though is that that's how the industry works. produce 101 is a perfect example because the members are voted in by fans. In a "real life" setting, those would be ones with more fans and as such, with more popularity, more sales, more chances of making it in the industry. It doesn't mean the girls who do win this way aren't talented, just that they capture people's attention more. It's sad for ones that are maybe even more talented but don't get the spotlight as much, but it's how the world of entertainment works, even without these types of shows
Fire_Lilly the saddest thing about produce is they selectively give spotlight to the one which they wish to debut from the start. I mean this is how business works. Business will only choose the one who can bring money. Even though idol is talented if they are not attractive, fans will not be crazy about them. But the most heartbreaking thing is the some people worked so hard for their dreams but they rarely get any spotlight because they are not as pretty as or as cute as the others.

After watching this show I realized SM has a style when selecting members in each group like visual, extremely good vocal, extremely good dancer, etc.. but I realized they tend to put a funny/witty entertainment-genius member in each group. Key is that member in Shinee. Baekhyun/Chanyeol in Exo, Haechan/Johnny in NCT, Henry/Heechul in Super Junior, etc..
also they dont just sit there and let their visual be visuals, even tho they were street casted they used Taeyong and Jaehyun's potential to the fullest. Now Jaehyun is an amazing vocalist and dancer, was a rapper predebut and Taeyong is an skilled dancer, rapper and songwriter while also having stable vocald

honestly rasgulla is nothing like they described it....the rasgulla should not break and should be heavy...the soup should have a great scent...it didn't even look right .....you guys should come in Kolkata and try it

Rain Rain from where did you tried....like it depends on the shop too...but the homemade rosogollas or bancharams which is the main sweet shop the texture is creamy and heavy...i don't know What shor is called in English but the texture should be like that....and rasogolla should always be eaten hot...it doesn't tastes good if it's cold....thats why I'm sweet shop gorom rosogolla is more expensive
