- This LED light does not require any DC voltage. You can solder the wire directly to AC voltage. I have been using this to light up my shop for the past three months and it has worked fine.
Just make sure to add a proper Heatsink. I also 3D printed some diffuser. Hope you like this video.

Now i know how they made those colgate videos, that smile and that light at 4:40 made me remember it.
I like this very much. Thank you for sharing and making this video.
Now I will rethink my new lighting choices in the shop. Best of luck in your endeavors!
Glad this helped you!!
Buen proyecto saludos desde Guatemala Centroamérica
Another great video and a very nice project indeed! All the best!
Perhaps sand the diffuser where the light goes threw a bit for maximum brightness.
Funny friends😁😁😁
Where this Defuser is available?
Great information👍
Without a fan the heat will burn the led soon.
How about cooling? What heatsink did u used?
how would one install this into a wooden ceiling with insulation?
how can it be without a driver? What's the principle behind?
It uses a bridge rectifier to convert ac to dc and then a capacitor to smooth out the voltage
From where we will get heatsink
Already try this LED "with and without HeatSink", same Bright even after 72 Hours non-stop... The Problem "if" we put inside the Standard Bulb Frame, it's not too Bright... 😑
Is it COB or SMD ?
SMD. It's not COB.
