I remember when the Harraby Inn at Carlisle, (as I knew it), the car park was a wonderful bowling green. Many years ago I worked at the BT Radio Station, the big mast down the road, and in the summer it was wondeful having a lunchtime pint overlooking the bowling green! Happy days!

We are currently at Sandy Gulls, its as beautiful as you said, the wild flowers on the cliff walks are stunning atm, an array of colours, and hubby was watching a sparrow hawk hovering off the headland yesterday. thank you for taking us with you virtually and sharing your recommendations ❤

My dad was from Wexford too! It's been years since I've been, but last time I went with my dad & we stayed with relatives at Rosslare too. I love it over there

Good video JP, not that bitty chap!🥴. fab camper van show, I’m with you on the cost of veterinary services these days. Privet hedges were a source of wonder for me as a kid. I used to love looking for privet hawk moth caterpillars. They were numerous in the old days just like the sparrows. Enjoy Ireland, really looking forward to your video there. I was there at the weekend although it was bit of a mission rather than sightseeing hence didn’t get chance to have good look around. Anyway Safe journey and happy days 😎❤🙏

All our houses had those hedges as kids.. another thing we hardly see now are starlings, they nested in all our houses when we were kids.
